The LaChrom Elite System provides precision, flexibility and reliability for the most demanding HPLC applications.

Innovation

• System synchronization. A unique feature, Pump-Autosampler Synchronization (PASS), means that each injection occurs at exactly the same point in every pump cycle ensuring the best in retention time reproducibility.
• Electronic Pulse Isolation and Compensation (EPIC). Using two pressure sensors and closed-loop feedback between pumps provides the ultimate in precise solvent flow.
• Interchangeable pump heads. Depending on your application you can switch pump heads for optimal performance for flow rates from 0.001 to 9.999 mL/min.
• Built-in degasser. A built-in degasser saves bench space and assures trouble free operation and precise solvent flow.
• Large sample capacity. 200 standard vials or 3 microtitre plates come standard. Optional Peltier cooling is also available.
• Programmable wavelength switching. Optimize peak detection by changing detection parameters during a run for a particular compound of interest.
• Solvent pre-heating and cooling. A solvent pre-heating module is employed to minimize temperature gradients inside the HPLC column. Performance
• Excellent signal to noise for low detection limits and better quantitative reproducibility.
• Fast detection response with low noise for high-speed chromatography such as with Chromolith columns.
• Sample-needle-in-the-flow-path design ensures the ultra-low carryover and best injection profile. GLP
