Description
The ZwickiLine Z2.5 TN Material Testing Machine is specifically designed for quasi-static loading. It performs tests with increasing, pulsating, or cyclic forces through an electro-mechanical drive system. This design is particularly suited for low-load mechanical testing applications, making it ideal for tensile, compression, and flexure tests. With a maximum test load (Fmax) of 2.5, a measurement range up to 165% of Fmax, and a crosshead speed range from 0.0005 to 1000 mm/min, the Zwick Roell Z2.5 is suitable for a wide range of materials. Additionally, the digital remote control integrates a colour display, and an emergency stop function.
The Zwickiline machine supports both vertical and horizontal operation, with a 180° rotation option in horizontal mode. Further features include standard-profile slots, time-synchronised operation, and automatic zero-point correction To save energy, the Zwick Z2.5 TN has an eco mode that automatically activates when the machine is idle. It is powered by a DC servo motor, includes an Ethernet interface, and meets ISO 9000 and CE compliance standards.
