Description
This refurbished Agilent 1100 HPLC system is ideal for a research or QC lab. It is built with a binary pump, allowing the user to run both isocratic and gradient programmes; autosampler for bulk processing, and diode array detector, allowing for low concentration detection and quantitation. The autosampler holds up to 100 2 mL samples, with automatic injection, allowing the user to run samples through the night ready to analyse in the morning. This bulk processing method of analysis is ideal for labs processing a high volume of samples, or those who need to run every sample in triplicate for quality control and accurate reporting.
This is a complete refurbished Agilent 1100 HPLC system, comprising the following parts:
- 1100 Solvent Tray
Safely store solvent bottles above the HPLC system - 1100 Degasser
- G1311A Binary Pump
Two identical pumps integrated into one housing, allowing gradient generation by precise high-pressure mixing - G1313A ALS Autosampler
Autosampler with a full tray to hold up to 100 2 mL vials, allowing many samples to be prepared and run automatically, freeing up valuable user time - G1316A COLCOM Column Compartment
Thermostatted temperature-controlled column compartment, used for heating and cooling the column in order to achieve the best reproducibility in retention times - G1315A DAD Diode Array Detector
Easy to maintain detector with deuterium and tungsten lamps for detecting analytes even at low concentrations across a wide wavelength range
This system is made up from components which have been used in the lab, and may have cosmetic marks. Internally, the system is clean and well-maintained. The HPLC has been built by a qualified HPLC engineer, and tested thoroughly for functionality.
