The Precision Nanosystems NanoAssemblr Blaze offers several key features designed to enhance lipid nanoparticle production. Powered by NxGen technology, it provides controlled mixing conditions and consistent flow rates, ensuring robust particle formation. The system supports a wide range of sample volumes, from 10 mL to 1 L, and uses single-use NxGen cartridges for efficient operation. Total flow rates range from 4 to 115 mL per minute, enabling high-performance processing.

The nanoparticle formulation system is capable of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and sterile filtration. The NanoAssemblr system also supports fill/finish operations and in-line dilution, with dilution ratios ranging from 1:1 to 4:1. In-line pressure monitoring and a short run time further improve operational efficiency. The NanoAssemblr Blaze is scalable and supports the seamless technology transfer of critical process parameters (CPPs) to the NanoAssemblr Commercial Formulation System and cGMP facilities, making it ideal for commercial applications.

The Blaze process development system has generous environmental conditions: temperature range of 15°C to 35°C, humidity between 30% and 65% (non-condensing), and a pressure range of 70 kPa to 106 kPa.
