Purpose-built for precision and safety, this compact unit eliminates the need for high-pressure gas cylinders by generating both gases in-house, ensuring consistent purity and improved operational efficiency. The system begins with prefiltration, where it removes oil, water, and particles from the incoming compressed air. This stage uses a robust filtration assembly complete with a solenoid autodrain, which automatically eliminates any accumulated liquids from the filter housing, maintaining optimal filter performance and reducing manual intervention.
For hydrocarbon removal, the FID-1000-220 features a high-efficiency catalyst module housed in durable stainless steel. This module ensures the delivery of zero air with hydrocarbon content below 0.1 ppm, supporting accurate, interference-free FID analysis.
