Description
The Ohaus Incubating Cooling Thermal Shaker operates with a 3mm orbital motion, ensuring efficient mixing. It accommodates one thermal block and provides a speed range from 300 rpm to 3000 rpm with a speed accuracy of ± 2%.
Users can set the temperature from -17°C below ambient to 100°C, maintaining an accuracy of ± 0.5°C between 20°C and 45°C. The shaker heats at a rate of 5°C per minute, and cools at a rate of 2-3°C per minute. It includes a maximum temperature limiting function for safety, and the temperature priority function and calibration ensure precise control. Additionally, the temperature ramp rate function and pulse mode offer enhanced versatility.
The device features an LCD colour touchscreen display with touch control, allowing for easy operation. The timer ranges from 1 minute to 99 hours and 59 minutes, suitable for both short and extended applications. The shaker’s Valox cool-touch housing includes a caution hot top indicator and audible alarms to enhance user safety.
Driven by a brushless DC motor drive system, the shaker operates quietly and reliably. It also features a USB interface for convenient data transfer and connectivity.
