Description
The Ohaus Explorer EX225 Series Semi-Micro Balance offers advanced features tailored for precision and convenience. It provides a capacity of 220 g for models EX225/AD and EX225M/AD, while models EX225D, EX225DM, EX225D/AD, and EX225DM/AD support a dual capacity of 120 g and 220 g. The balance ensures high readability at 0.01 mg (5 decimal places) and maintains linearity within ±0.1 mg. It includes AutoCal internal calibration to simplify calibration processes.
Certified readability is available for select models, including EX225DM, EX225M/AD, and EX225DM/AD. Additionally, certain models feature an optional built-in ioniser and automatic doors, both of which are excluded in EX225D and EX225DM. Legal trade approvals (EC Type) are also optional for models such as EX225DM, EX225M/AD, and EX225DM/AD.
The balance includes a detachable terminal with a full-colour 5.7-inch VGA touch screen display, enhancing user interaction and accessibility. Password protection safeguards settings, while an in-use cover and a frameless draftshield improve functionality and reduce external interference. With a stabilisation time of just 8 seconds, the balance ensures quick and efficient operation. The stainless steel pan, with a diameter of 80 mm, provides durability and ease of cleaning. Communication options include USB, USB Host, RS232, and Ethernet (available as an accessory), offering versatile connectivity for data transfer and integration.
