The NanoDrop One Microvolume UV-Vis Spectrophotometer provides full-spectrum microvolume analysis with a wavelength range from 190 nm to 850 nm. It features pedestal sampling, allowing quick and efficient measurements with a sample volume requirement of just 1 to 2 µL. The device processes measurements in as little as 8 seconds, offering a dynamic range of 2.0 to 27,500 ng/µL for dsDNA, ensuring accurate results across various sample concentrations.

The spectrophotometer measures the absorbance of fluorescent-labeled nucleic acids and proteins and comes equipped with pre-programmed methods for analysing nucleic acids, proteins, and colorimetric assays. It includes methods for popular assays such as BCA, Bradford, Lowry, and Pierce 660, while also allowing users to create custom methods to meet specific needs.

A high-resolution touchscreen provides an intuitive interface for operation, while the built-in xenon flash lamp ensures precise measurements. The device offers convenient features like Autoblank and Automeasure to streamline the workflow.
