Description

The Memmert HPP110eco Constant Climate Chamber is designed for maximum energy efficiency in continuous operation, making it ideal for stability studies in line with ICH guidelines, as well as stability tests for cosmetics and foods, as well as environmental and material testing. The chamber provides a generous 108 L volume with a maximum loading capacity of 150 kg, ensuring versatile applications across various industries.

Key features of the system include adjustable parameters for temperature, relative humidity, programme time, and time zones, accommodating both summer and winter time settings. It features TwinDISPLAY TFT-colour displays and a PID microprocessor controller for precise monitoring. The chamber is equipped with a fully insulated stainless steel door with a 2-point/compression locking mechanism, along with a glass inner door for easy viewing. Two electropolished stainless steel grids and a stainless steel interior enhance durability and hygiene.

The digital timer includes a backwards counter and target time settings from 1 minute to 99 days, with a setpoint wait function that ensures the process time only begins once the set temperature is reached. The chamber offers various temperature setting ranges, to independently set with/without light and humidity, making it adaptable for different testing environments. Built-in temperature protection systems, including audio/visual alarms, auto switch-off for heating/cooling, and over/under temperature monitoring, provide added safety.

Humidity control is achieved through an external tank of distilled water with a self-priming pump, providing a setting range of 10% to 90% relative humidity (RH) with an accuracy of 0.5% RH. The chamber uses a hot steam generator for humidification and Peltier technology cold trap for dehumidification. The Memmert HPP110eco also supports Ethernet, LAN, and USB interfaces, allowing for seamless data communication and remote monitoring.
