Description

The Masterflex L/S Digital Process Drive offers a wide range of flow rates, from 0.006 mL/min to 3400 mL/min, and operates at speeds between 0.1 rpm and 600 rpm. It provides precise speed control with an accuracy of +/- 0.1%, making it highly reliable for various applications. The Masterflex peristaltic pump features a digital variable speed setting and can run in continuous mode or be used for digital dispensing.

Dispensing options include volume-based dispensing, with a range from 0.001 mL to 9999 mL, and time-based dispensing, offering intervals from 1 second to 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds. An antidrip function ensures dispensing accuracy, while the easy-to-read LCD display and lockable membrane keypad enhance usability. The stainless steel housing is washdown-capable, ensuring durability in various environments.

The reversible motor allows for flexible operation, and the drive supports remote I/O functions, including control through 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, and 0 to 10 V, as well as remote start/stop, direction control, and priming. This MFLX07575-38 model features an open-head sensor, stopping the drive when the pump head is opened. Additionally, the masterflex drive comes with an Easy-Load II 77200-30 pump head, featuring automatic retention of tubing, making setup and operation straightforward.
