Description
The Malvern Mastersizer 3000E is an entry-level particle sizing instrument. It measures particle sizes from 0.1 to 1000 μm using Mie and Fraunhofer scattering. With typical measurement times under 10 seconds, it helps optimise lab processes. Designed for suspensions, emulsions, and dry powders, the Mastersizer 3000E supports manual wet and dry dispersion units. It features 100 user-adjustable size classes. Tests have shown 0.6% accuracy for polystyrene latex standard measurements, and repeatability better than 0.5%. The software includes essential updates and bug fixes, with an option to upgrade to the Mastersizer 3000E Extended for enhanced functionality. With a compact footprint of 69 cm x 30 cm, the Mastersizer 3000E provides reliable performance in a space-efficient design. Dispersion units are not included and must be sourced separately.
