The Integra MediaJet Petri Dish Filler efficiently handles various sizes of Petri dishes, filling 900 to 1100 dishes per hour. Its carousel holds 360 to 540 90mm Petri dishes, whilst its compact design makes it perfect for benchtop use. The user-friendly interface features plaintext prompts, simple keys, and a bright display. The feed-in/stack-out technology and optical dish sensors allow the petri dish filler to adapt to different Petri dishes and work with nearly all Petri dish brands.
The agar spread function ensures homogenous distribution, reducing media costs. The single-piece, resistant PE filling chamber is easy to clean and minimises the risk of contamination. During the filling process, the UV lamp covers the full length of the rotor, providing 2.1 W of UV-C radiation, which is bactericidal. Process documentation for the Integra MediaJet is straightforward, as the system is compatible with standard external printers or PCs. It also integrates seamlessly with MediaClave for embedded printing, enhancing the documentation process.
