Description
The Gilson GX-271 is a medium capacity liquid handler and autosampler with small-to-large volume injection, fraction collection and liquid handling capabilities.
The system includes two 322 pumps, a 159 UV/VIS Multiple Wave Length Detector, a GX Prep Solvent System, three valve actuators, a 508 interface module and a Cisco wireless router.
The 322 HPLC pumps are multi-solvent pumps that accommodate flow rates from 0.15ml to 30ml at pressures up to 8,700 psi, using columns up to 21.2mm ID. The pumps are able to support isocratic, binary and ternary gradients.
The 159 UV/VIS multiple wavelength detector has high sensitivity and baseline stability, capable of monitoring up to 4 different wavelengths simultaneously while acquiring spectral data from 190-750nm.
Also included are three Valvemate Valve Actuators which are used to automate HPLC techniques; a GX solvent prep system and Cisco RV110W Wireless-N VPN Firewall router
