The ESCO PCR-3A1 PCR Laminar Flow Cabinet is designed to provide true vertical laminar airflow, ensuring a contaminant-free environment across the entire work area. The cabinet’s design eliminates dead zones, offering uniform airflow throughout the workspace. Equipped with the advanced Esco Sentinel Microprocessor Control system, the PCR-3A1 allows users to fully configure cabinet settings to meet specific laboratory needs. An Admin PIN feature prevents unauthorised access to critical menu parameters, enhancing security. The cabinet also includes a programmable UV decontamination cycle, operated via the keypad, ensuring thorough and efficient sterilisation. Safety is further reinforced through pre-filter change and UV lamp replacement alarms, which make the unit easy to maintain.
In PCR laboratories, contamination control is essential, especially with the high copy numbers generated during PCR processes. Use the ESCO PCR-3A1 for minimising contamination during reagent and sample preparation. This is particularly useful when these procedures are carried out in the same room. The cabinet also features a German-engineered fan system, ensuring quiet, energy-efficient, and vibration-free operation. Built for demanding laboratory environments, the ESCO PCR-3A1 offers enhanced durability and long service life. Note that the cabinet is not suitable for handling biohazardous materials, as it does not provide operator protection.
