Description
The Edwards E2M28 Vacuum Pump is a 2-stage rotary vane pup. The combined vacuum flange connection is DN 25 ISO-KF (NW25) / Hose Nozzle 15 mm. It operates with a 3-phase power supply. The pump has an IP54 rating, ensuring its protection against dust and water splashes. It produces a noise level of 57.00 dB(A) during operation and uses air cooling (forced by a fan) to maintain its temperature. The motor achieves an efficiency class of IE3, ensuring optimal energy performance.
The ultimate pressure with a gas ballast is 1.50 Pa, while the ultimate pressure without it is 0.100 Pa. The pump covers a pressure range from medium vacuum (1 mbar to 1 × 10⁻³ mbar) to rough vacuum (1000 mbar to 1 mbar). This vacuum pump utilises an oil rotary vane, two-stage technology for high performance.
