The CTC Analytics HTS PAL Automatic Liquid Handler offers precise and efficient sample handling for a variety of applications. The system includes the HTS PAL autosampler, an injection unit, and a controller, ensuring seamless operation. With a flexible sample capacity, the system accommodates 98 vials of 2 mL per tray, 200 vials of 1 mL per tray, and 32 vials of 10 or 20 mL per tray. Additionally, it supports six deep-well microplates and 12 standard microplates, making it suitable for high-throughput workflows.
The injection volume range varies from 10 µL to 100 µL as standard, with an extended range of 0.5 µL to 5000 µL when using additional accessories (not included). Users can perform 1 to 99 replicate injections per vial, ensuring reproducibility in analyses. Carryover remains minimal, typically less than 0.1%, while the injection cycle time ranges from 20 to 60 seconds, allowing for rapid sample processing.
