Description
The Brookfield LVDV-II+Pro Viscometer boasts a digital display that provides clear readings of viscosity, which can be measured in centipoise (cP) or millipascal-seconds (mPa.s). Users can also monitor temperature in both Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F). Additionally, the device measures shear rate / stress, offering a comprehensive analysis of fluid properties.
This viscometer covers a broad viscosity range, capable of measuring from 15 cP to 6 million cP. It operates at speeds ranging from 0.01 rpm to 200 rpm, and offers 54 selectable speeds to accommodate various testing requirements. The auto range feature ensures accurate measurements, displaying the full scale range at 100%. The device can measure maximum viscosity with a high accuracy of ±1.0% of the range, and ensures repeatability with a precision of ±0.2%.
For ease of data transfer and control, the viscometer includes a bi-directional RS-232 PC interface. The user interface is intuitive, featuring scroll keys that allow quick adjustments to speed and spindle settings. Additionally, the viscometer comes with a built-in RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) for precise temperature measurements.
