Safelab’s Airone 1200R Ductless Fume Cupboard is equipped with a Variable Air Volume (VAV) system, allowing it to adjust airflow dynamically based on operational requirements. It utilises a ductless, recirculating design, making it suitable for a variety of laboratory environments. With constant airflow monitoring, the ventilation fume cupboard ensures optimal ventilation, and a low airflow alarm promptly alerts users to any ventilation issues. You can easily check the alarm status and use the mute function to manage notifications.

The Airone R ductless fume cupboard features replaceable carbon/HEPA filter technology, using two 15 kg filters to effectively remove contaminants. An integrated tap and sink provide additional convenience for laboratory tasks. The laminated glass side panels enhance visibility, and the counterweighted front sliding glass sash ensures smooth and safe access to the workspace. Its internal dimensions are approximately 110 x 60 x 90 cm, with a working aperture height adjustable from 200 mm to 365 mm, providing ample space for various laboratory procedures. The polypropylene spill tray and stainless steel sill are designed to manage spills effectively and maintain a clean working environment.

Constructed from epoxy-coated mild steel, the Airone 1200 R is both robust and resistant to chemical corrosion. The Airone R fume cupboard achieves an average inflow rate exceeding 0.4 m/s. It has independent fan and light on/off switches and uses a digital panel for precise operation. The recirculating fume cupboard includes a stand but can also be set up as a bench-mounted unit, making it adaptable to various lab layouts.. It complies with BS7989:2001 standards, protecting users working with hazardous substances.
