Description
The Agilent 6890N GC with 5973 Inert MSD offers precise control in a wide range of gas chromatography applications. Users can set column oven temperature from ambient +4˚C up to 450˚C. The GC allows six temperature programming ramps and seven temperature programming plateaus available. The system includes column bleed compensation, which helps maintain accuracy by minimising baseline drift. Meanwhile, the dual-channel design enables versatile operation and increased efficiency for various types of analyses.
Designed to perform reliably in different conditions, the Agilent 6890N operates within an environmental temperature range of 15˚C to 35˚C and a humidity range from 5% to 95%. Users can track any discrepancies through a run deviation log and can store up to nine methods and five ALS (Automatic Liquid Sampler) sequences, streamlining the setup for repetitive testing. Additional features like clock-time programming allow events to initiate automatically at future dates and times, while remote start/stop functionality increases flexibility.
