The Arctiko Cryo 170 Cryogenic Freezer is designed to deliver ultra-low temperatures, operating within a range of -140°C to -150°C. With a 171-litre capacity, this chest-style freezer provides ample storage for cryogenic applications. Equipped with a dual cooling system and static cooling, the freezer ensures optimal temperature stability. It utilises a mixed refrigerant system, enhancing efficiency and reliability. The design features a stainless steel interior for durability and easy maintenance, while a painted steel exterior provides a robust finish. A 170 mm thick layer of polyurethane foam insulates the freezer, enhancing thermal efficiency, and a vacuum release port ensures easy access.
The LED display provides clear temperature readings and operational status updates. The freezer is fitted with visible and audible alarms that alert users to power failures, high or low temperature fluctuations, probe failures, and compressor failures. For added security, the unit includes a key lock and an electronic data logger, ensuring comprehensive monitoring of stored materials. Mobility is enhanced by four roller castors, allowing for easy positioning. The power consumption is 31.7 kWh per 24 hours, reflecting its energy efficiency.
