The Agilent 1260 HPLC with quat pump and (detector) is ideal for use in a wide range of research and routine applications, especially in the food, environmental and pharmaceutical sectors; as well as for method development.
The G7111B quat pump offers high resolution and fast separations, whether the user is running an isocratic or gradient method. This is particularly effective for speeding up method development, preparing mobile phases and system flushing. The pump has an integrated degasser, ensuring stable solvent flow and blending. The G7129A vialsampler combines the autosampler and column oven into a single module. The autosampler holds up to 132 x 2 mL vials. The column compartment holds multiple columns with temperature control up to 80 °C.
The Agilent 1260 Infinity II Diode Array Detector WR offers multiple wavelength and full spectral detection at up to 120 Hz sampling rate, keeping up with the analysis speed of fast LC. Even at high data rates, the 1260 Infinity II DAD WR enables precise identification, quantification, and peak purity analysis at trace levels. Maximum flexibility is guaranteed with a wide wavelength range of 190 to 950 nm with dual-lamp design, as well as the choice of 12 analytical, preparative, and SFC flow cells.
