Description
The Binder KMF-115 Constant Climate Chamber offers a temperature range from -10°C to 100°C, allowing for precise environmental control. It heats at an average rate of 1.3 K/min and cools at 0.5 K/min, ensuring consistent performance across various conditions. The chamber utilises APT.line™ preheating chamber technology to maintain uniform temperatures.
You can control humidity within a range of 10% to 98% RH, thanks to the capacitive humidity sensor and vapor humidification system. The chamber’s interior volume is 102 liters, with dimensions of 60 x 35.1 x 48.3 cm, providing ample space for various applications. The inner chamber and rack are made of durable stainless steel, with each rack supporting up to 30 kg of load.
The unit performs a self-test and offers comprehensive status analysis to ensure optimal functioning. An internal data logger records all measured values, which can be easily read out in an open format via USB. Users can operate the chamber through an intuitive touchscreen control, which supports both time-segment and real-time programming.
The chamber features door heating and a tight-sealing interior door made of safety glass. For added safety, the unit includes a Class 3.1 independent safety device and an audio/visual alarm system to alert users of any issues.
