Memmert ICO150 CO2 Incubator

Description

The Memmert ICO150 CO2 Incubator features a highly efficient 6 side heating system for optimal heat distribution. This system incorporates a large-area multi-function heating system on four sides, along with door and back heating, effectively avoiding condensation. The incubator’s interior is constructed from durable stainless steel, measuring 56 x 40 x 70 cm (W x D x H), with a large capacity of 120 kg.

The working temperature range of the incubator spans from ambient +5°C to 50°C, while the setting temperature range is adjustable between 18°C and 50°C, with a setting temperature accuracy of 0.1°C. The incubator utilises two Pt100 temperature sensors and a Peltier element, which helps control the interior relative humidity to 93% rh +/- 2.5%.

The digital CO2 control is managed by a dual beam NDIR system, featuring an auto-diagnostic system and acoustic fault indication for reliable operation. The incubator compensates for barometric pressure and allows precise CO2 adjustment ranging from 0 to 20%, with a setting accuracy of 0.1%.

Twin high definition TFT-colour displays provide clear and easy-to-read information. The process time begins once the set temperature is reached, ensuring accurate incubation periods. The incubator includes ethernet LAN and USB interfaces for connectivity, as well as overtemperature and under-temperature protection features. In the event of any issues, audio and visual alarms promptly alert the user. The Memmert’s high-end functions are in place to protect cell/bacteria/tissue cultures.
