The Genie II Isothermal DNA / RNA Amplification Platform is ideal for running any isothermal amplification method that employs target detection by fluorescence measurement. The instrument features two heating blocks, which fit a single 8 (150 µl) microtube strip each, that was specifically designed for the instrument.

The compact and portable instrument offers precise thermal control, supported by highly-sensitive fluorescence measurements made in real-time. The Genie II runs stand-alone without the need for a computer as it is operated via the easy to use, integral 7″ high-resolution touch screen.
