Description
The Sartorius Stedim Biostat Cplus is a Sterilizable-In-Place (SIP) fermenter/bioreactor developed for the cultivation of microorganisms and cell cultures. Culture vessels with working volumes of 5 L, 10 L, 15 L, 20 L and 30 L are available. Meanwhile, there is a choice between electro or steam heating for operation and sterilization which boosts cost-effective integration into existing infrastructure. Also, it is safe to use due to a maintenance-free agitator motor and automatic sequences for sterilization and pressure hold test. Furthermore, its compact, mobile design saves valuable laboratory space.
The FRIGOMIX FX-2000, recirculation water chiller can be applied when cooling water is either unavailable or when tap water is not cold enough to control temperature below ambient. Additionally, it can be used for rapid temperature shifts which are applicable to some processes. The FRIGOMIX FX-2000 is cost effective and saves energy by recirculating the same clean water within the reservoir, compared to using a single stream of tap water or installing expensive cooling systems within the laboratory. Furthermore, the closed cooling cycle prevents deposits from the tap water supply from entering the cooling cycle and causing malfunction or damage to the cooling devices.
The Barbanti Carlo elctrical steam generator features an automatic 5-litre boiler with direct water supply which is controlled by a level switch and a solenoid valve. It also has Automatic pressure control. Also, if intervention is necessary, the rational and clean construction allows easy access.
